- Security Engineering: Lead implementation of cybersecurity tools and services. Provide guidance on best-practice configurations and coordinate technical clarifications with partner companies.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee day-to-day cybersecurity service delivery across internal teams and external partners, providing hands-on guidance as needed and proactively escalating risks or issues.
- Quality & Operational Improvement: Identify service delivery and operational improvement opportunities. Support and drive implementation of security enhancements.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedules, risks and cross-functional dependencies.
- Service Development & Growth: Collaborate in the design, development and launch of new cybersecurity services, with the expectation to grow into a lead role responsible for service rollout, delivery and scaling.
- Team Building and Capacity Management: Support hiring, onboarding and retention efforts in collaboration with recruiting and sales teams to build and maintain a skilled, motivated cybersecurity delivery team.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with security engineering, including cybersecurity tool implementation, deployment, operational support and service delivery across internal teams and partners.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT leadership with a proven track record in team leadership, strategic planning and managing customer expectations.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Organizational, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with ability to clearly convey complex technical and risk topics and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred). CISSP, CISM or equivalent cybersecurity certification plus.
