Company Description

TradeForm is the world's fastest-growing AI-native hardware procurement platform, built to run sourcing, supplier coordination, and end-to-end buying for companies building the physical world. In just four months, we've raised a substantial round from several of the world's largest funds and gone live with a growing roster of 10+ enterprise customers across hardware, robotics, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco as a Founding Product Manager. You'll work closely with the founding team to define and ship the 0-to-1 product that powers procurement for the world's most advanced hardware companies. You are one of the first external hires. Early on, you'll operate as a hybrid of Founding PM and Forward Deployed PM, embedding directly with our largest customers: traveling to their facilities, sitting with their procurement and supply chain teams, and turning what you learn on the ground into specs, flows, and features that ship the same week. You'll own the product surface end-to-end, from agent workflows and ERP integrations to the buyer-facing UI, and help shape how we build as we scale. Early equity, deep ownership over the roadmap, and a front-row seat to how the world's most advanced supply chains actually run.

Qualifications

  • Strong product sense with a track record of shipping 0 to 1 products, ideally in AI, agents, or enterprise workflow tools
  • Working knowledge of modern AI/ML systems, including LLM orchestration, RAG, agents, and evals, enough to scope and prioritize with engineering
  • Experience translating messy customer workflows into clear specs, flows, and shipped product
  • Comfort running discovery, driving roadmap, and making sharp tradeoff calls without a heavy process
  • Willingness and excitement to travel to customer sites regularly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write tight specs and sell internally and externally
  • Bias toward shipping, owning outcomes end-to-end, and iterating with customers in the loop
  • Prior exposure to procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows is a strong plus
