Senior Product Designer

We’re building a next-generation, real-time market data platform that delivers financial insights through an advanced API and revolutionary user interface. Our system processes institutional-grade data to rapidly deliver inference.
The Role

At tradeinsight.ai, we are looking for a Product Designer to take the wheel of our platform's user experience. We aren't looking for someone to simply "color in screens." Here, design is not decorative: it is the conversion engine, the retention loop, and the ultimate brand differentiator. Your mission is to open Figma and architect the future trading interface.

Our users are sophisticated actors who are used to clunky financial interfaces. Your goal is to set a new standard: a next-generation situational awareness tool for professional traders.

Responsibilities

• Design System:

Establish, scale, and enforce the tradeinsight.ai design language natively in Figma across all surfaces.
- Simplify:

Translate abstract, high-stakes trading infrastructure and heavy data into human-intuitive, highly scannable, and useful interactions in real time
- Ship & Scale:

Partner tightly with product and engineering to deliver UI/UX that is flawlessly executed in code, converts, and scales.
- Feedback Loops:

Design experiments for  user engagement, and double down on what works with speed.

Required Skills

• Experience:

3+ years of experience leading product design, backed by a portfolio that proves you can simplify complex workflows.
- Figma Mastery:

Native fluency in Figma - it is an extension of your brain (advanced components, variables, auto-layout, and prototyping).
- Behavioral Psychology Literacy:

You understand how to design for engagement and usability  without losing the user's trust.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail:

A sharp eye for typography, micro-interactions, and spatial optimization.
- Execution:

Bias to action, high ownership, and a high-velocity work ethic. Speed is a feature.

Nice to Have

• Track record of building and shipping products specifically in fintech, crypto, DeFi, or high-stakes financial systems.
• Proficiency in motion design and interaction beyond static screens.
• Experience or strong interest in working alongside AI-assisted development workflows.
