Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data models, creating detailed reports, performing statistical analyses, and presenting insights to key stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure data accuracy will be a core aspect of this role.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, automation, and visualization. This role will help turn complex business data into clear insights that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the patient journey.
The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, highly proficient in SQL, and comfortable working across dashboards, databases, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from large datasets
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Modeling techniques
- Knowledge of Statistics and statistical analysis methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, customer experience, operations, finance, and product performance
- Create executive-ready reporting using dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Query and analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and anomalies
- Work with databases and data warehouses to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible business data
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using SQL, Python, or BI tools
- Partner with leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to translate business questions into measurable insights
- Develop forecasting models and performance reporting to support scaling decisions
- Define and maintain consistent KPI definitions across departments
- Present findings through clear narratives, charts, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support experimentation and A/B testing analysis across growth and product initiatives
