- Lead training and professional development for clinical staff
- Oversee the QA/PI (Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement) program
- Partner with Clinical Services leadership, compliance, and regional teams
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and care standards
- Guide, mentor, and develop clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Lead onboarding and comp'ing of new hires in the field, and supervisory visits

What You Bring:
- Active RN or PT license in the state of Florida
- 2+ years of experience in Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
