Avionics Technician Manager
Role summary
We are seeking an Avionics Technician Manager to lead a team responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft electrical systems. This role involves team leadership, production execution, process improvement, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or certification in avionics or electronics, significant hands-on aerospace avionics experience, and proven leadership skills in a production environment. Familiarity with IPC standards and experience in scaling production operations is preferred. This is a hybrid role based in Long Beach, CA.

As the Avionics Technician Manager on the Production and Test team, you will lead and develop a team of avionics technicians responsible for the assembly, integration, and test of spacecraft electrical systems. You will drive execution across hardware builds, set the standard for workmanship and process discipline, and partner closely with engineering, quality, and operations to scale production and deliver mission-ready hardware.
