Staff Flight Software Engineer
Role summary
True Anomaly is seeking a Staff Flight Software Engineer to join their innovative and fast-paced team. This role involves all phases of spacecraft program development, including design, analysis, manufacturing, test, and flight. Responsibilities include software development for flight computers, integrating GNC algorithms, maintaining the Command Telemetry Database, assisting with command scripting and sequencing, and developing reusable drivers and communication protocols. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience in low-level firmware architecture, device driver development, and safety-critical systems, along with embedded RTOS experience and proficiency in C/C++ and Python. Familiarity with common communication protocols is also required. A Master's degree and 12+ years of experience in space applications are preferred.
