Avionics Technician (I,II,III or Senior)
Role summary
We are seeking an Avionics Technician to join our Production and Test team. You will be responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of avionics systems and harnesses for cutting-edge spacecraft hardware. This role involves hands-on work with flight computers, sensors, RF components, and PCBs, requiring proficiency in reading technical documentation, following strict workmanship standards, and operating test equipment. Collaboration with engineering and quality teams is essential to bring hardware from development through flight readiness and production. The position requires technical education, relevant experience, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Technician Level 1: $32-50/hr
Technician Level 2: $40-60/hr
Technician Level 3: $45-75/hr
Senior Technician: $55-90/hr
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.
