ABOUT THE ROLE

Trusted Estate Planning Attorneys is seeking an Attorney to help build our Arizona office and bring a unique estate planning approach to the greater Phoenix area. This is an opportunity to meet directly with clients, control your income, and have real room for growth. We believe in working hard, but then leaving work at work — no long hours for the sake of long hours, and no hourly billing or time tracking.

We have a proven system with hands-on training and mentorship to help you reach your potential. If you can talk with clients and explain complex concepts in simple terms, you will thrive here.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with potential clients to assess their estate and determine the best course of action
• Create new estate plans that require creativity and knowledge of tax consequences
• Set up new business entities as part of an estate plan
• Handle uncontested probate cases from start to finish
• Maintain long-term client relationships — once a client is assigned to you, they are your client until you leave the firm
• Be extremely responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls (occasional contact outside of business hours)
• File court documents and track important court dates and case status
• Help create, improve, and document workflows, systems, and processes
• Network with other professionals to bring new cases into the firm
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
• Represent the business with integrity, class, and professionalism
• Take initiative to add value beyond assigned tasks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary plus uncapped commissions
