Role summary

Truveta is seeking enthusiastic Software Engineers to join their Search team in the Greater Seattle area. This hybrid role focuses on improving healthcare through technological innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in search systems, index generation, and serving, with a strong ability to create innovative solutions. Key qualifications include 3+ years of production software development, 1+ year in large-scale search systems, and experience with C#, .NET, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, and cloud storage/processing. We are looking for software engineers excited by the opportunity to improve health care in far-reaching ways.

We are seeking engineers who:

  • Have experience or interest in the search space and/or index generation and index serving
  • Can create innovative search solutions that meet evolving customer requirements
  • Are quick learners and can demonstrate the ability to trade-off optimization, complexity and time to ship
  • Has knowledge and experience in using and designing distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs and consumption experiences
  • Strict adherence to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation
  • Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security

    • Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting
  • 1+ years of experience working on large scale search systems
  • Experience using C#, .NET, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases and cloud storage/processing
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working on modern cloud-native platforms and languages (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Prior work with containers, Kubernetes is a plus

  • The base pay for this position is $110,000 to $145,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
