This role is crucial for transforming the business into a scalable, product-driven platform by integrating AI, visualization, and automation. The ideal candidate is a high-agency operator who can bridge the gap between founders, product, and the team, focusing on building scalable systems. Responsibilities include defining product direction, executing roadmaps, designing scalable systems, driving technical execution, running operations, and engaging with clients. Success within 90 days involves establishing a clear product roadmap, improving key metrics, systemizing workflows, and reducing founder reliance.

We are a real estate visualization company That does 3d renderings and virtual staging. We’re building an AI-powered platform transforming how real estate gets marketed.

What started as a high-volume service business is now evolving into a scalable product company—combining AI, visualization, automation, and operational systems to replace fragmented workflows across the real estate industry.

We already have:

  • real customers
  • real revenue
  • real delivery infrastructure

Now we are rebuilding the core into a product-driven platform.

This is the inflection point.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency operator who can step in as the execution layer between founder, product, and team.

You will not be managing tasks.
You will be building the machine.

This role sits at the center of:

  • product decisions
  • technical execution
  • operational systems
  • early-stage growth

You will help take a working business and turn it into something scalable.

What You’ll Actually Down the Product Direction

  • Decide what gets built—and what doesn’t
  • Define and execute the roadmap
  • Turn messy business problems into clear product decisions

Design Systems That Scale

  • Identify bottlenecks across cost, speed, and quality
  • Replace manual processes with structured workflows
  • Build toward automation and repeatability

Drive Technical Execution

  • Work directly with developers to ship product improvements
  • Choose tools, integrations, and system architecture
  • Ensure what gets built actually moves the business forward

Run the Operation

  • Lead and coordinate internal team members
  • Simplify workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Improve output speed and reduce cost per unit

Step Into the Front Line

  • Join client calls and demos
  • Communicate the product clearly and confidently
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable product changes
