Software Engineer I, Commerce Engineering
Role summary
Twitch is seeking a Software Engineer I for its Commerce Engineering team in Seattle or San Francisco. This role focuses on revolutionizing viewer engagement with creators through products like Subscriptions, Gifting, Bits, Hype Train, and Turbo. The engineer will craft immersive experiences, architect scalable applications for millions of users, and collaborate across teams to drive business impact. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, a track record of building beloved consumer-facing products, and proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks are required. Experience with Golang, Typescript/React, AWS technologies, and mobile development are considered bonuses.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
