Role summary

Uber is seeking a Lead Program Manager for Auto Insurance Forms to manage a national portfolio of auto liability insurance policies for its rides and delivery businesses. This role involves manuscripting unique auto liability forms, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with insurance and transportation regulations. The Lead Program Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Litigation and Claims teams regarding coverage questions and will maintain the library of current and historical forms. The position requires 10+ years of experience in managing auto liability insurance forms portfolios.

About The Role
This role will work closely with internal lawyers and risk managers to manuscript and maintain a national portfolio of auto liability insurance policies for Uber's rides and delivery businesses.
What You'll Do

  • Manuscript unique auto liability forms
  • Ensure accuracy of forms
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and transportation regulations
  • Serve as POC for Litigation and Claims teams re: coverage questions
  • Librarian for current and historical forms

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing portfolios of auto liability insurance forms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • In depth understanding of auto insurance policies, claims and related industry regulations
  • In depth knowledge of ISO auto liability forms and endorsements
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$137,000 per year - USD$152,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
