Your role

The Team Business Manager will operate at the center of the practice, aligning people, priorities, and execution across a multi city team.
Key responsibilities include:

  • designing and implementing operating systems for strategic execution, meeting cadence, and accountability
  • translating annual strategy into quarterly goals, monthly milestones, and weekly actions
  • creating visibility and tracking so priorities, risks, and deliverables are clear
  • owning practice level P&L reporting and operational performance metrics
  • leading meetings that produce decisions and action—not just discussion
  • holding team members accountable through direct, constructive conversations
  • identifying roadblocks early and resolving or escalating with solutions

Year one success:
Leadership time spent on operations is reduced by ~50% because systems run predictably and ownership is clear.

Your team

Clear Point Partners is a 12 person wealth management team at UBS serving ultra high net worth founders, entrepreneurs, and multi generational families across multiple states. With our rapid growth, we are seeking a Team Business Manager to serve as the integrator and executor for the practice, ensuring our internal operations run with the same clarity, discipline, and precision we deliver to clients. This role is ideal for someone who can build systems and drive execution, partnering closely with senior team leaders to turn strategy into results.

Your expertise

Required:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, chief of staff, project management, or similar roles within finance
  • experience with financial oversight, P&L reporting, or supporting senior leaders
  • demonstrated ability to build or materially improve systems from scratch
  • strong written communication and advanced proficiency with Excel, CRM, and PM tools
  • bachelor’s degree
