Role summary

We are seeking a Mid Product Manager to join our team. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with business and engineering stakeholders, and for producing technical business writing such as functional requirement specifications, workflows, and use-cases. A Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related discipline is required. While not mandatory, experience with legal systems and working with attorneys is a plus. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the Rockville, MD/Tysons, VA office.

Location: Rockville, MD/Tysons, VA - 3 days Hybrid

Must have:

• Product management

• Stakeholder management (business and engineering)

• Strategic mindset

Nice to have:

• Legal Systems experience (could be a deal breaker if they have exp but not needed)

• Working with an attorney

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or other related discipline.
5-7 years in Product Management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to use sound judgment when resolving complex problems and navigating stakeholder disagreements.
Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships that improved the quality of work products.
Proficient at technical business writing, including functional requirement specifications, workflows, use-cases, and other documentation methodologies.
