Role summary

The Senior Product Owner will drive business transformation within a bank by developing technology solutions from concept to completion. This role requires leveraging AI and big data for personalized services and data-driven decision-making, utilizing real-time user behavior data to validate hypotheses. Responsibilities include defining a clear product vision aligned with the bank's digital strategy, acting as a product expert and the voice of the customer, and collaborating cross-functionally to gather feedback and communicate priorities. The ideal candidate will create mockups, prototypes, and analyze metrics to understand product performance, all while embodying a change mindset and driving projects to completion.

About the Role

You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to drive the business transformation with change mindset to come up with solutions for new process & new operations by utilizing some of the new AI tech, by applying some of the cost optimizing processing.

Responsibilities

  • Business transformation - shifting from traditional, siloed operations to agile, customer-centric digital services.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize big data and AI to personalize services and improve product offerings, use real-time user behavior data to validate hypotheses.
  • Vision & Roadmap: Define a clear product vision that aligns with the bank's broader digital strategy.
  • Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
  • Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development.
  • Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • 2+ years working with AI technology.
  • 7-10 years' of experience as a product owner and project management in a bank.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and high energy to drive projects to completion.
  • Scrum or Agile experience.
  • Experience with AI technology.
  • Product ownership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Banking experience
  • Experience in agile methodologies.
