Role summary

Unity House is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Manager for its residential services supporting individuals with disabilities. This role requires a high school diploma/GED and 1-2 years of experience with individuals with disabilities, along with computer proficiency and a valid NYS Driver's License. The position involves working in a team environment and requires strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership/managerial skills. The role offers competitive pay starting at $22.37-$26.86/hour, full-time benefits, flexible hours, PTO, 401k matching, and growth opportunities. The position is 40 hours per week plus on-call duties.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities required. Associate degree preferred. Computer skills and multiple platform familiarity required. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential. Evidence of understanding and empathy for the PWDD population. NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and Agency policies, practices, and procedures required. Must be able to be reached by phone.
