Role summary
Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to lead its Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) for adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). This onsite role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring services adhere to the recovery model. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance with COMAR regulations and CARF standards, utilizing EHR systems, and delivering both on-site and community-based services. The ideal candidate will have experience with the SPMI population and a Bachelor's degree, with supervisory experience in behavioral health and CPRP certification being preferred.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Adult PRP program
- Provide supervision and support to program staff
- Coordinate care with psychiatry, therapists, rehabilitative counselors, and administrative teams
- Ensure services align with the recovery model and client-centered care principles
- Deliver and oversee both on-site and community-based PRP services
- Maintain compliance with COMAR regulations and CARF standards
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and reporting
- Support program organization, scheduling, and service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
- Supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Knowledge of PRP COMAR regulations and CARF standards
- CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid certification required
