Role summary

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) is seeking a Data Analyst to support strategic planning, improve organizational performance, and advance progress towards goals. This fully remote, full-time position requires collaboration with colleagues to drive continuous improvement within the WCHQ Team. The role involves leveraging tools such as SQL, R, and Python to analyze large datasets from multiple sources. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Three years of data or analytics experience is preferred, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare provider or payer settings.

Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 100% FTE, position. Weekly schedule is Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 5pm. This is a fully remote position.

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality is seeking a Data Analyst to:

  • Ensure successful delivery to support strategic planning initiatives, improve organizational performance and advance progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement within the WCHQ Team.
  • Leverage knowledge and skills with a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python), analytic techniques and platforms and analyze large quantities of data from multiple sources.

Education:

  • Minimum –Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field
  • Preferred – Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences or related field

Work Experience:

  • Preferred –Three (3) years of data or analytics experience. Experience in healthcare provider or payer strongly preferred
