Compensation:
$115K-$125K base + 10% bonus
Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to support employees and leadership across key business functions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to management while helping drive employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable balancing both strategic HR partnership and day-to-day employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to support business and workforce objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace policies
- Support employee engagement and talent development initiatives
- Advise managers on HR best practices and employment-related matters
- Assist with performance reviews, coaching conversations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR programs and initiatives
- Support organizational growth and change management efforts
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist capacity
- Strong experience handling employee relations and performance management matters
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
