Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating dashboards, and providing insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in SQL Coding, C# Programming, DAX, and Power Query
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus
- Any relevant Power BI or Data Analytics Certifications would be a strong advantage.
