This full-time, onsite role involves providing outstanding customer service, answering client inquiries, processing payments, preparing policy documents and quotes, assisting with claims, and maintaining client relationships using an agency management system. Excellent communication and typing skills are essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. A P&C Insurance License is preferred, as are prior banking or customer service experiences. The position offers a competitive salary with bonuses and commissions, PTO, and a 401(k).

Akron Insurance located in Copley, Ohio is seeking an eager professional to join our team as an Insurance Account Manager. You must be energetic, detailed, people-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, as well as typing skills!
Job Duties:
A customer service representative's main role is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. The duties include:
· Answering phone calls, which may include common billing and coverage questions, policy changes, etc.
· Taking payments
· Prepare and deliver client quotes, policy documents, policy renewals, etc.
· Utilize our agency management system to work with client filing
· Assist in the process of claims
· Maintain and create positive relationships with clients
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED (Required)
· Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work as a team (Required)
· P&C Insurance License or willing to obtain
· Prior banking or customer service positions are a plus!
