About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth at Vector. As part of a fast-moving, high-performance go-to-market team, you’ll work directly with ambitious builders—guiding them from initial interest to becoming successful customers. You’ll play a critical role in how Vector converts demand into long-term, high-value relationships.

What You’ll Achieve at Vector
- Own the Full Sales Cycle.
Manage deals end-to-end—from initial qualification through close—ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience for every prospect.
- Convert Pipeline into Revenue.
Work inbound and outbound opportunities, consistently closing high-quality customers and exceeding revenue targets.
- Understand and Advise Builders.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, guiding founders and operators toward the right solutions within Vector.
- Deliver Exceptional Buying Experiences.
Build trust through clear communication, strong product knowledge, and thoughtful guidance throughout the sales process.
- Refine Messaging and GTM Strategy.
Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, and product to improve positioning, objection handling, and conversion rates.
- Drive Measurable Impact.
Directly influence company growth by closing revenue and shaping how Vector scales its go-to-market motion.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Are:

You have 1–4 years of experience in sales (or a high-performance environment) with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

You want to be early at a company where your work compounds and directly impacts growth.
While Not Required, It’s a Plus If You Have:
- Founding GTM experience in a early-stage startup
- Experience closing deals in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with technical products or developer / builder audiences
- Strong product intuition or ability to demo software effectively
- Evidence of exceptional performance (sales, athletics, academics, side projects, etc.)
