Role summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join an Agile team focused on building healthcare applications. The role involves implementing new features while adhering to best coding standards. Key responsibilities include extensive API testing using Postman, Playwright for API and UI integration, and managing tests and defects in Jira. A strong understanding of HL7 FHIR, Healthcare Interoperability, and CMS Burden Reduction is essential. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in End-to-End/Integration QA and a background in Agile/SAFe environments.

As an Automation QA Engineer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -

8+ years of experience in End-to-End / Integration QA

Strong hands-on API testing expertise (must-have)

Extensive experience using Postman for API validation Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR, Healthcare Interoperability, and CMS Burden Reduction

Experience with Playwright for API and UI integration scenarios

Strong experience with Jira for test and defect management

Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments Tools & Technologies Postman (required)

Playwright Jira REST APIs, HL7 FHIR CI/CD-aligned testing Nucural (preferred)

Key Stakeholders Solution QE Lead Product Owner Developers Solution Train Engineer (RTE) Architects

Experience: -

8+Years

Location: -

Bloomfield, CT (Preferred) OR Franklin, TN (Secondary)

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
