Velt is seeking a passionate Solutions Engineer to provide technical support and solutions to their customers. This role involves assisting with technical onboarding, designing and setting up solutions, writing sample code (React, TypeScript), and creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a frontend technical role, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, and experience with APIs and web technologies. Experience with AI for automation is preferred. This is a demanding, fast-paced role in a startup environment, offering significant impact and growth opportunities.

* Experience in a **tech role helping customers** (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Tech Support).
* Strong **problem-solving skills** for tough technical issues.

* Good at managing **multiple tasks** in a fast-paced setting.

* Give top-notch **technical support** and solve customer issues quickly.
* Write **sample code** (React, TypeScript) and build customer demos.
* Work with customers to **design and set up solutions** that fit their systems.
* Guide new customers through **technical onboarding** for a smooth start.
* Create and update clear **technical guides and documentation**, using AI tools to help.
* Use **AI and new tech** to automate support, code, and setup tasks.
