Partner Lead, EMEA
Role summary
Vercel is seeking a senior individual contributor Partner Lead for EMEA to build and grow its partner ecosystem with Technology and Solution partners. This role involves defining regional strategy, identifying and activating key partners (GSIs, ISVs, agencies, hyperscalers), and establishing scalable engagement models. The Partner Lead will drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, own revenue targets, and develop executive-level relationships. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams is crucial for packaging Vercel's AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings, identifying use cases, and leading enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in business development or partner management at a high-growth tech company, a strong EMEA partner network, and proven success in generating multi-million dollar pipeline.

About the Role:
The Partner team at Vercel is charged with accelerating our growth with partners. As a Partner Lead, EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in helping to establish, and grow our partner ecosystem with Technology and Solution partners.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a builder. You will define the strategy, activate priority partners, and generate meaningful partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to establish Vercel as a strategic platform within the EMEA ecosystem.
