We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key product initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities based on impact and effort, and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions that drive user and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market insights.Throughly understand clients needs and expected outcomes.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products.
Analyse when features should be build in house or when to integrate existing market solutions. Vet potential integrations partners from a business and technical perspective
Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
Drive experimentation (A/B testing, MVPs) to validate hypotheses and reduce risk.
Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
Proven track record of shipping successful tech products.
Strong experience with data analysis, product metrics, and experimentation frameworks. (Bonus if you’ve work with the Jobs to be done framework)
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
