Role summary
Verista is seeking an Automation Project Manager to lead automation and IT lifecycle management projects, focusing on obsolescence and upgrades within manufacturing environments. This role involves managing projects from firmware updates to full control system replacements, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include cross-functional team coordination, vendor oversight, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5+ years of project management experience in automation/controls/IT within pharma/life sciences manufacturing, and strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Experience with validation (CSV) and regulated environments is preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position in Mount Vernon, IN.
