Verrin Inc. is building the AI employee platform — where businesses hire autonomous AI agents that coordinate as teams to replace entire business functions. We're not building a chatbot. We're building the future of how companies operate.

We're hiring two Founding Engineers to join us at the ground floor. This is a rare opportunity to shape the architecture, culture, and direction of a company from day one.

What you'll work on:

• Building and owning the frontend experience from scratch — clean, fast, and production-grade
• Architecting and building backend systems powering multi-agent AI workflows
• Designing the orchestration layer that allows autonomous agents to communicate, delegate, and execute tasks
• Integrating with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and building the infrastructure around them
• Making real technical decisions that define how the product is built
• Working directly with the founder to move fast and ship

What we're looking for:

• Strong frontend — React, TypeScript, Tailwind, component architecture, responsive design
• Solid backend — Node.js or Python, REST/GraphQL APIs, database design (PostgreSQL, Supabase)
• Experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
• Understanding of async systems, queues, and event-driven architecture
• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure — AWS, GCP, or Vercel deployments
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and shipping production code
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
