What We Offer
Competitive compensation package with a $100,000–$140,000 base salary based on hours worked, plus 22% production with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care for pets and their people.
Physical examinations, wellness care, and preventive medicine for dogs and cats
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
Develop personalized preventive healthcare and vaccination plans.
Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture that supports teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care.
