Role Description

This role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize data flow, and oversee the team responsible for handling large-scale data processing and analysis. The Director will also define strategies for leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and innovation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and database design
- Proficiency in data pipeline development, ETL processes, and big data technologies
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and containerization tools
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data science processes
- Leadership skills, including team management and collaboration across departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments is a plus
