Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Sales Product Manager to manage product selection, conduct competitive analysis, and support sales enablement. This role serves as a key bridge between product and sales teams, leveraging data insights and market intelligence to enhance product competitiveness and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Market Management
l Manage product selection and portfolio optimization to enhance product competitiveness
l Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing insights and recommendations
l Support product positioning, key selling points, and go-to-market strategies
Sales Enablement
l Deliver product training and knowledge support to the sales team
l Prepare product materials, presentations, and demos for customer meetings
l Support key customer engagements and improve conversion effectiveness
Sales Operations Support
l Assist the Regional Sales Director in daily sales operations
l Track customer order execution and ensure timely delivery
l Maintain and update pricing information and price lists
l Collect and analyze sales data, and generate regular sales reports
l Support the execution of promotional activities and marketing initiatives
l Handle customer inquiries and coordinate solutions for operational issues (orders, pricing, delivery, etc.)
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fields; Engineering degree is preferred
l 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles
l Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
l Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused
l Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
l Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills
