Role summary
ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities in their Day Program. This role involves personnel management, including hiring and training, and participation in developing behavior support plans. The position requires a minimum of two years of human services experience. The company offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, full-time employment with benefits, paid training, and paid time off.

Responsibilities may include:
- Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served at our Day Program.
- Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
- Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
- Participating in the development of behavior support plans for individuals served.
- Ensuring all PAWS are accurate and complete.
Requirements for this position include:
- Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
