
Full Time for All Visa: GEN AI Engineer (Minimum 7 Years)
Role summary
We are seeking a Full-Time GEN AI Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team in Texas. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in data structures, Python or Java, and be able to perform real-time coding interviews. Responsibilities include data manipulation, preprocessing large datasets, and ensuring data integrity. Expertise in AIML, NLP, Deep Learning concepts, and transformer architectures is essential. Experience with LLM fine-tuning on models like Dolly or Llama2, prompt engineering, and building GenAI applications is required. Familiarity with NLP/AIML tools such as GPT or BERT, and experience with Vector DBs like Pinecone, Milvus, or Pgvector, along with strong statistical analysis skills, are also necessary.

Job Description:
Strong Data Structures Any Language Code Comprehension Python or Java.
Ability to do hands on coding in the interview real-time for given scenario with right solution approach.
Proficient in Data manipulation and cleansing preprocess large datasets handle missing values perform feature engineering ensure data integrity.
AIML Strong NLP Deep Learning Concepts with transformer architecture understanding.
LLM fine tuning exposure on one or few leading LLM like Dolly Llama2 or any other.
Experience in developing and implementing cutting edge generative AI models to solve complex problems.
Ability to perform prompt engineering and designing right prompts based on functional use cases.
Should have hands on of NLPAIML tool technologies GPT BERT or other language models.
Should have experience in building GenAI applications.
Word Embedding and Vector DB usage with the leading vector DB implementation Pinecone Milvus or Pgvector.
Statistical Analysis Strong proficiency in statistical techniques and methodologies including hypothesis testing regression analysis time series analysis and clustering.
