Role summary

We are seeking a Customer Data Analyst with a strong background in customer analytics. The role requires deep proficiency in SQL, including advanced functions like joins, aggregations, and window functions. Candidates must have hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker. A solid understanding of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and general data analysis techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with specific customer analytics use cases, including churn analysis, ARPU analytics, customer segmentation, and developing a Customer 360 view.

Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)
Hands-on experience with Tableau / Looker
Strong understanding of EDA and data analysis techniques
Experience in customer analytics use cases - Churn analysis, ARPU analytics, Customer segmentation, Customer 360
