  • Deep understanding of the Snowflake cloud data platform - writing procedures, functions, UDFs, snowflake window functions etc. (5+ years)
  • Strong hands-on experience with DBT for modular SQL development, testing, and deployment. (3+ years)
  • Proficient in writing complex, efficient, and maintainable SQL queries.
  • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS etc.) and data management technologies.
  • Proven ability to design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Proven experience in Production support in Data warehousing
  • Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Domain
  • Proficiency in using Git/ Azure Devops for version control of code.
  • Experience with IT automation, batch scheduling using tools as Control M and DevOps principles.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to meet data driven business objectives.
  • Mentor junior resources and share knowledge, work as a team to get requirements delivered.
  • Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
  • Nice to have skills: Python scripting
