A Volexity Group Product Manager spearheads the product vision and strategy for multiple product lines, serving as a pivotal leader who aligns cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results. Responsibilities include:
- Own the product vision and strategy for multiple product lines.
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, cross-team alignment, and execution. Work closely with engineering to sequence work and allocate resources across Volexity’s product portfolio.
- Lead and develop product managers, raising the overall standard for product thinking.
- Through collaboration with engineering and design, develop high-impact solutions. Write clear product specs, and remove execution blockers across multi-team projects.
- Partner with customers and internal experts to uncover high-value use cases.
- Communicate decisions and tradeoffs effectively across teams, stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Understand in-depth the ecosystem of incident response and threat detection, the markets, competition, and customer workflows.
- Define KPIs for product quality and performance, track results, and refine product direction based on learning. Foster a culture of thoughtful prioritization and product thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or deeply technical SaaS products.
- Proven people leadership, with experience coaching PMs, scaling product practices, and influencing cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and customers.
- Execution excellence, with a demonstrated ability to drive complex, multi-team initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Process excellence, with an ability to design and evolve processes that enable high-quality decision-making, strong customer impact, and sustained delivery velocity.
- Excellent product judgment, consistently turning ambiguity into clear
- Technical depth, with the confidence to jump into conversations involving system architecture, data flows, server performance, and cybersecurity logic.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for deeply understanding the workflows and needs of incident response teams.
- Clear and effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to articulate tradeoffs and influence stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach, using KPIs, experimentation, and customer learning loops to inform product decisions.
- Collaborative leadership style, enjoying a close partnership with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
