Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer specializing in Marketing Analytics for an on-site contract position in San Jose, CA. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensure the integrity of data systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing analytics initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, modeling data for efficient use, and developing data warehousing solutions tailored to marketing insights.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing, with a solid understanding of building scalable systems.
- Expertise in Data Modeling and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to manage and integrate data effectively.
- Strong capabilities in Data Analytics to derive actionable marketing insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with experience in marketing-focused analytics being a plus.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals, Hands-on experience with Azure data services, Working knowledge of Databricks, Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows
- Campaign and marketing data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and technical teams.
