Senior Process Engineer
Role summary
Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for its Pueblo, CO facility. This role is responsible for the entire process lifecycle, from development to production readiness, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in process engineering, a strong understanding of first-principles thinking, and a mentorship orientation. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing manufacturing processes for solid rocket motors and energetic materials, leading scale-up efforts, applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, creating technical documentation, and mentoring junior staff. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required, or equivalent experience.

The Senior Process Engineer will be located onsite in Pueblo, CO and reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end process lifecycle — spanning early development and feasibility through scale-up, process qualification, and production readiness — in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, and Compliance. With 7+ years of hands-on experience, this individual serves as a technical anchor for process engineering within Voyager Energetics, bringing rigorous first-principles thinking and a strong mentorship orientation to a fast-paced, mission-driven manufacturing environment.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $140,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
