Role summary

Vybers.ai is seeking a Sr. Agentic AI Engineer to join their founding team. This role involves owning the AI backend for a novel platform bridging the AI digital universe with the physical world. The ideal candidate will have a startup spirit, be AI-native, and possess a strong commitment and ownership mentality. Responsibilities include diving deep into the agentic AI infra stack, harness engineering (RL environments, agentic orchestration, eval frameworks, reasoning traceability), and driving cross-functional collaboration. A commitment of 60 hours per week is expected due to the startup environment.

You'd join a small, high-leverage founding team and own the AI backend - we build and deliver at lightspeed: brainstorm and plan in the morning, execution in the afternoon, test and review at evening. As an AI startup, speed is our only moat, a commitment of 60 hrs/wk in average is expected.

We are looking for a Sr. Agentic AI Engineer who

  • Appreciate and can dive deep into the agentic AI infra stack
  • Have passion and experience towards harness engineering (RL environment, agentic orchestration, eval framework, reasoning tracability, etc.).
  • Can own the Agentic AI System and drive collaboration with Cross-functional team setup.
  • Strong communication skill and startup spirit is a must.
