Role summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Test Engineer with a strong background in testing ServiceNow platform functionalities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience specifically in testing ServiceNow version upgrades and a minimum of 5 years of experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. Experience testing custom applications built on the NOW platform is also a requirement. While not mandatory, experience with automation testing tools like ATF, Selenium, and Java is a plus. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations through comprehensive functional testing.

Must Have:

Must possess at least 5 years of proven experience in testing ServiceNow version upgrades

Must possess at least 5 years of proven experience in ITSM ITOM ITAM

Experience in testing custom apps on NOW platform

Nice to have

Automation testing using ATF Selenium and Java
