Program Manager - Supported Living
Role summary
Wabash Center is seeking a Program Manager to lead Supported Living services. This leadership role involves directly supervising Supported Living Supervisors, overseeing service quality, compliance, and daily operations across multiple sites. The Program Manager will mentor supervisors, ensure adherence to state regulations and ISPs, manage financial aspects like payroll and benefits, and represent the organization through marketing and relationship building. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organized, compliance-minded, and ready for a purpose-driven leadership role. A BA/BS in Human Services or equivalent experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience and 1 year of direct support experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities required.

# What You’ll Do as a Program Manager
In this leadership role, you will directly supervise Supported Living Supervisors and oversee service quality, compliance, and day-to-day operations across multiple Wabash Center service sites. Your leadership ensures that individuals receive the highest level of care and support.
You will:
### *Lead & Mentor Supervisors*
- Provide coaching, support, and on-the-job training to SLS Supervisors
- Participate in supervisor hiring decisions
- Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing staff development
### *Ensure Quality, Compliance & Accountability*
- Oversee accurate documentation and compliance with all state and provider regulations
- Prepare and distribute BDDS incident reports
- Implement and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Conduct monthly in-home visits and complete site audits
- Participate in team meetings related to NOAs, PARs, and BMRs
### *Support Financial Stability & Benefits Management*
- Partner with the Consumer Finance Specialist to ensure individual eligibility and benefits
- Assist with ARC and burial trust processes
- Oversee payroll approval and employee attendance
- Support review and approval of expense and mileage reports
### *Represent & Elevate Wabash Center*
- Engage in marketing efforts to promote Wabash Center services to community partners
- Be available for on-call assignments as part of the leadership rotation
- Build positive relationships internally and externally to strengthen the program

- BA or BS in Human Services preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience with individuals with special needs
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year of experience in direct support and/or working with intellectual disabilities required
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of insurance and acceptable driving record
