Pet Resort - Concierge, Receptionist, Customer Service PART TIME or FULL TIME
Role summary
Wag Atlanta is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Pet Resort Concierge, Receptionist, and Customer Service representative. This role involves greeting clients and their pets, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, communicating with owners, preparing meals, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, requiring flexibility with shifts and holidays. Experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right applicant.
Part Time
Shift available is 28 hours:
- Monday 4 pm to 10 pm
- Wednesday 4 pm to 10 pm
- Thursday 2 pm to 8 pm
- Friday 3 pm to 9 pm
- Saturday 6 pm to 10 pm
- During our peaks times, additional hours may be required
Full Time
- Friday to Tuesday or Sunday to Thursday 2 pm to 10 pm
- During our peaks times, additional hours may be required

Duties are as follows:
- Greet all dogs and customers with enthusiasm
- Remember clients and their dogs by name
- Handle all check ins and check outs
- Take payments
- Answer all phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Call owners to confirm reservations and collect information
- Prepare meals for the dogs
- Keep accurate files of dogs' vaccination history
- Any other task needed, we work as a team! This includes services (baths, nails, etc), cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, moving dogs, and all other duties.
