The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems and data, experience balancing product and project management, and the ability to simplify complex workflows. A background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is preferred. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, AR, with a salary range of $90,000 - $180,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.

Position Summary...Make the backbone of our transportation smarter.
Lead the transformation of our Transportation Management System—a cloud‑based platform that powers how loads are created, configured, and moved every day. Drive a single source of truth for master data, modernize core workflows and configuration, and elevate the front‑end experience so carriers and internal teams can operate with speed and confidence.
What you'll do...What you’ll do…

  • Modernize master data management. Define the vision, strategy, and sequencing to migrate products and data from legacy systems to Stride—minimizing risk while accelerating value realization. Align business, engineering, and operations on clear milestones and metrics.
  • Build the single source of truth for loads. Lead master data management (MDM) and configuration so every load is consistent, accurate, and auditable across carriers, services, and channels.
  • Champion data‑driven decisions. Instrument features, analyze adoption/usage, and translate insights (e.g., conversion, active users, feature usage, NPS, churn) into clear prioritization and iterative improvements.
  • Coordinate front‑end systems. Partner with UX to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences; ensure UI, API, and data contracts are designed for scale and reliability.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution. Orchestrate engineering, UX, carrier operations, finance, and compliance through major transitions; anticipate dependencies, unblock teams, and keep delivery on track.
  • Set guardrails for quality & risk. Represent product requirements in technical design reviews; align on data architecture, cloud choices, performance, and InfoSec standards to protect customers and operations.

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Thinking in systems and data. You understand where data lives, how it flows (pipelines, storage, retrieval), and how architecture decisions impact reliability, performance, and governance.
  • Balancing product and project muscles. You can write crisp PRDs and also run complex workstreams—with the calm, organization, and communication skills big transitions demand.
  • Simplifying the hard stuff. You turn fragmented workflows into clear journeys, make processes lighter, and build experiences people actually enjoy using.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in product management (or adjacent roles) owning platforms or complex enterprise workflows; proven success leading migrations or re‑platforming initiatives.
  • Technical acumen: Comfortable with cloud services, data architecture (storage, orchestration, lineage), APIs/integration patterns, and quality/observability practices.
  • Analytics: Hands‑on with product analytics (instrumentation, dashboards, experimentation) and the ability to turn signals into decisions.
  • Execution: Advanced stakeholder management; expert planning and communication; adept at driving cross‑functional delivery in Agile environments.
  • Domain (nice to have): Transportation, logistics, or supply chain; carrier operations; master data management.

Why join us?

  • Impact at scale: Shape a mission‑critical platform that sits at the heart of transportation operations.
  • Real modernization: Help design the future state—not just maintain the past—using cloud‑first patterns and strong data foundations.
  • Growth environment: Partner with outstanding UX and engineering teams, ship iteratively, and see your work move real loads

Apply if this sounds like you You’re heavily organized, thrive in complex environments, and stay steady through major transitions. You care about outcomes, data, and people—and you’re ready to make the backbone of transportation measurably better.
