This role focuses on gathering and analyzing data to determine product pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and providing insights on market trends. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Developer, the ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, creating reports, forecasting supply, analyzing orders, and maintaining purchasing files with pricing information. A high school diploma and 1-3 years of data management experience are required, with proficiency in MS Excel being essential.

POSITION SUMMARY: This role will gather and analyze data to determine the appropriate pricing of the company's products. They are also responsible for monitoring inventory levels to provide insight on potential market trends. This role reports directly to the Business Intelligence Developer and is ideal for someone who enjoys attention to detail and creative problem solving.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor vendor stock levels and internal stock levels
  • Track inventory and create inventory reports
  • Forecast shortages of supply and manage unexpected shortages
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing orders
  • Create, update, and maintain supplier purchasing files that are complete with pricing information
  • Establish and enforce pricing guidelines for WDC Kitchen & Bath Center products
  • Provide support to the team to make sure that their invoicing and purchase order prices are all up to date

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years experience with Data Management or similar experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or Data Management preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience with customer service role preferred.
  • Some experience in construction industry or delivery coordination preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office with Strong understanding of Excel required.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Schedule availability: Monday – Friday (Full time at 40 hours weekly)
  • Working Environment & Conditions: General Office setting, frequently sitting while using computer and phone.
  • Required to wear comfortable and office appropriate clothes within Business Casual standards.
