Webisoft is a premier development lab and venture studio specializing in cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for a
Technical Account Manager
to join our growing team and play a hybrid role across client success, business development, and project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who builds strong client relationships, spots growth opportunities within accounts, and ensures projects are delivered with excellence — leveraging AI tools to handle the operational side of project management.

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in account management, technical project management, or solutions engineering in a software development or consulting environment
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage relationships, navigate escalations, and present confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive them to close
  • Technical background sufficient to understand, scope, and discuss custom software, AI, or systems solutions
  • Experience leading client projects end-to-end: requirements, planning, delivery oversight, and client reporting
  • Comfort writing and structuring proposals and SOWs for custom software engagements

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a startup, agency, or venture studio environment
  • Familiarity with AI, Web3, or other emerging technologies
  • Prior involvement in presales or business development
  • Bilingual English and French
  • Ability to work from the office (downtown Montreal)

Responsibilities

  • Own key client relationships as the primary point of contact — drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsells, new workstreams, referrals)
  • Lead proposal and SOW responses in collaboration with engineering and leadership
  • Oversee project delivery across active engagements, leveraging AI tools to automate status tracking, reporting, and coordination
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and strategic conversations
  • Represent client needs internally and ensure delivery teams are aligned to expectations
