What You’ll Work On:

• Developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Creating workflows, forms, and automation solutions
• Implementing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Writing scripts using JavaScript within ServiceNow
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs
• Supporting enterprise clients with platform enhancements
• Working in Agile / SDLC project environments

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Master’s in CS / IT / Information Systems / Software Engineering
- Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong
JavaScript fundamentals
- Knowledge of
ITSM concepts
- Exposure to
ServiceNow projects / internships / certifications
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
