Senior / Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React)

About the Role

We’re building a highly automated legal-technology platform used by real law firms to manage complex legal workflows. Our system replaces hours of manual work with automated processes, document generation, integrations, and intelligent data handling.

We’re looking for a strong full-stack engineer who is serious about both Ruby on Rails and React. This is not a backend-only role. The right person should be comfortable building production-grade features across the entire stack.

What You’ll Work On

• Build and maintain features in a Ruby on Rails + React application
• Develop complex React interfaces and application pages
• Design and maintain REST APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL data models
• Implement background jobs and asynchronous workflows
• Maintain integrations with third-party services
• Help shape the architecture of a growing legal-tech platform

Requirements

• Strong Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong React experience (building real production interfaces)
• Solid understanding of Rails architecture and conventions
• Experience with background jobs, mailers, and APIs
• Comfortable owning features across the entire stack
• Experience working with production systems
• Must provide GitHub profile or code samples

Nice to Have

• DevOps experience (AWS, deployment, infrastructure)
• UI/UX or frontend design skills
• Experience with SaaS products
