Transportation Supervisor
Role summary
WelbeHealth is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate transportation services for vulnerable seniors, oversee vehicle safety, and manage the Transportation team. This role involves hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring staff, as well as collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on participant care. The supervisor will drive operational improvements, manage fleet maintenance, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The position requires a minimum of four years in transportation and two years in supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills. The Transportation Supervisor coordinates transportation services provided to participants and potential enrollees, oversees vehicle safety, and manages Transportation team staff. The Transportation Supervisor is a member of the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and collaborates in participant care planning.

We are seeking a Transportation Supervisor that ideally has leadership experience within passenger transportation. If you’re ready to join a team that values both its participants and team members, we’d love to hear from you! Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus.
