Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager
Role summary
WelbeHealth PACE is seeking an Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager to provide leadership and direct nursing care for seniors. This role involves people management, overseeing clinic operations, ensuring quality of care, and coordinating clinical flow. The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager will lead RN, LVN, and MA staff, manage direct reports including hiring and training, and participate in direct patient care. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of nursing experience in geriatric care and one year of supervisory experience, with a preference for outpatient/clinical and case management experience. The role requires a strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and manage staff performance.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for both people management and RN-level nursing care. Under the direction of the Executive Director, the WelbeHealth Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager directs the day-to-day work at the clinic, oversees the clinic staff, and coordinates clinical flow to ensure that services are provided effectively and quality of care standards are met.
